FAQs
How do I track my order?
Once your box leaves the farm, we'll email you a tracking link straight away, along with your courier's details and an estimated delivery window. If you've created an account, you can also check the status of any order from your account dashboard.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because everything is prepared to order, we're able to make changes right up until your box is packed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once it's left the farm, we're unable to make changes, but we're always happy to help sort out any issues on arrival.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout. Subscribe & Save orders are charged automatically ahead of each delivery, and you'll always get an email reminder beforehand so there are no surprises.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring boxes?
Yes. Our boxes can be ordered on Subscribe & Save: choose the box you want, set a delivery frequency that suits you, and save on every order. You're in full control: skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time from your account.
What if an item is out of stock or missing from my delivery?
Because we raise and rear everything ourselves in small batches, occasionally a cut may sell out. If that happens, we'll always let you know and offer a suitable substitution or refund for that item. If anything's missing or not right when your box arrives, let us know within 48 hours and we'll put it right straight away.
When will my order be delivered?
Boxes are packed on the farm and collected by our courier for next-day delivery. Order before midday and we'll usually get you a slot for the following working day; you'll receive a tracking link with a delivery window as soon as your box is on its way. We don't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays, so orders placed over a weekend go out on the next working day.
Will my meat still be frozen when it arrives?
Yes. Everything is blast-frozen shortly after butchery and packed into an insulated box with sheep's wool liners and ice packs, which keeps it frozen for well over 24 hours in transit. It's completely normal for the ice packs to have partly thawed by the time your box arrives, as long as the meat itself is still firm. Move it into your freezer as soon as you can and it will keep beautifully.
How do I get in touch with the farm?
We're a small family team and we answer our own emails, so do get in touch through our contact page and we'll come back to you within one working day. If your question is about an order that's already on its way, please include your order number so we can look it up straight away.
